Be Prepared Be Respectful
Hi All,
We had another great day! Everyone got up on time for breakfast. We began our day at the National Zoo and saw it all - lions, and tigers, and bears (panda bears), Oh My! From there we went to the Old Post Office Pavillion for lunch. Some of us took the glass elevator to the top and took in the amazing view. From there we picked up our DC guide and did the full tour of all the major monuments. The dusk sky was gorgeous tonight. Our kids should a great level of respect, patience, and endurance as we held "class" all afternoon and evening - learning all there was about these famous sites - I am very proud of them. They were all tired when we arrived at the hotel an hour ago; however, I now hear lots of chatter and giggles - so I must go and do my duty... See you on the web tomorrow...
